えっと、原子力発電所の中には、あの核はあります。ただ、それが核ミサイルに転用できるレベルのものを隠し持ってるかどうかでいくと、持ってません。
結局、311の時に、そこまでのレベルがないよね。要は、その原子力の化学レベルっていうのがめちゃめちゃ高くて、原子力爆弾もこっそり作れるぐらい、きちんと管理する技術力があるのかと思いきや、そんな能力は全くなかったっていうのがまのあたりになったので、残念ながらこっそり作るみたいなことは日本はできませんでした。

で、僕、ちなみに日本核武装した方がいいよな派閥なんですよ。結局、そのEUっていうのが、ヨーロッパがなぜ強いポジションを持ってられるかっていうと、一応、ヨーロッパでEUっていう形で経済権を作ってるのもあるんですけど、フランスが核を持ってるっていうのが大きいんですよね。
核を持ってる国と戦争ってしたくないよねっていうのがあるので、ナトーという形で、対ロシアで作られてるんですけど、アメリカも入ってるんですけど、ナトーという形で「俺たちを攻めたら、ナトーとして叩くぞ、やり返すぞ」っていうのがあって、その中に核を持ってるフランスとかいるんです。
ちょっと前まではEUにはイギリスもいたんですけど、イギリスが出ちゃったので、核を持ってるフランスがいる限り、EUは攻めづらいよねっていうのもあるので、逆に言うと、フランスは無視できないんですよね。「あいつ核持ってるから」っていうのがあるので。
日本ってやっぱり核を持ってないので、強気に出れないんですよね。アメリカ様には絶対従わなければいけないっていうのがあるので、そこで行くと核ってなかなか持てないよねっていうのがあるんです。

で、イランが核を作ってね、その結果、経済制裁を受けて、最近だと、僕の予想ですけど、あれは事故ではなくて、何らかの策略じゃないかっていうので、イランの首相と外務大臣がヘリの事故で亡くなってしまったっていうのがあるんですけど。
でも、核を持ってるせいで経済制裁が強いよねってのもあったりするんですけど。北朝鮮は元々経済制裁されてるようなもんだったので、最貧国が最貧国のままであるっていうところで、うまく核をそれなりに作ってしまった。
前にも言ったと思うんですけど、北朝鮮と韓国が統合した時に、統一朝鮮ってめちゃめちゃ優秀な国になるんじゃないかと思ってるんですよ。核ミサイルを持っていて、西洋の文化もあって、ビジネスもちゃんと回していて、優秀で努力ができる北朝鮮の労働者を、南にある韓国が手に入れる形になるので。

北朝鮮って結構、資源がいっぱいあるんじゃないかって言われてるんですよね。山岳地域が多い国なので、掘ると、いろんなレアメタルが出てくるんですけど、今のところ北朝鮮ではレアメタルを掘る技術がないので、実際よくわからないっていう状態で。
そこで韓国の技術とお金を突っ込んで、労働者は北朝鮮の人たち。そうすると、レアメタルがバンバン出て、人口も合わせると8000万人ぐらいになると思うんですよ。フランスは6000万人なので、先進国の中でも人口が結構大きい国になってくるんですよね。

核を持ってる国と組むのはありだよねって考えると、韓国と組んだ方がいい。フィリピンとかが韓国と軍事同盟を結んだら、フィリピンもある程度核の傘に守られることになるので、そうすると中国がうかつなことできないよねと。
台湾が韓国と軍事同盟を結んだら、年間100億円払うとしても、軍事同盟に入れてもらえるなら払うんじゃないかと。
核を持っている国っていうのは、その外交で広げることができるし、お金も取れるっていう可能性もあるので、北朝鮮が核を作ったのは、ある意味おいしいんじゃないかなと思います。

トランプ大統領の時に、日本も核作ればいいじゃんって言われたんですけど、そのお言葉に甘えて核を持っちゃってたら、日本はもっといいポジションを取れたんじゃないかなと思います。

Well, nuclear materials do exist inside nuclear power plants. However, when it comes to whether they’re secretly holding weapons-grade nuclear materials for making nuclear missiles, they’re not.
After all, during the 3/11 disaster, it became clear that Japan wasn’t operating at that level. The scientific level of nuclear technology is extremely advanced, but when it comes to covertly creating nuclear bombs with such precision, Japan didn’t have that capability at all. That was plainly seen, so unfortunately, Japan can’t secretly build them.

By the way, I personally belong to the faction that thinks Japan should arm itself with nuclear weapons. The reason the EU has a strong position in Europe isn’t only because it has established an economic bloc, but also because France has nuclear weapons.
No one really wants to go to war with a country that has nuclear weapons. That’s why NATO exists, primarily as a counter to Russia, with the US also involved. The idea is, “If you attack us, we’ll retaliate as NATO.” And France, which has nuclear weapons, is part of that.
Until recently, the EU also had the UK, but since they left, the presence of nuclear-armed France makes it hard for anyone to attack the EU. On the flip side, this means France can’t be ignored because “they have nukes.”
Japan, on the other hand, doesn’t have nuclear weapons, so it can’t act confidently. Japan always has to obey America, and that’s why it’s hard for Japan to get nuclear weapons.

Then there’s Iran, which built nuclear weapons and faced economic sanctions as a result. Recently, I suspect it wasn’t just an accident but part of some plot that caused the deaths of Iran’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister in a helicopter crash.
Still, possessing nuclear weapons allowed Iran to resist some of the tougher sanctions. North Korea, on the other hand, was already under severe economic sanctions, so it was the poorest of the poor. Despite that, they managed to build nuclear weapons.
As I’ve said before, if North and South Korea were to reunite, a unified Korea would become an incredibly strong country. They’d have nuclear missiles, Western culture, a solid business infrastructure, and the highly diligent workforce of North Koreans, which South Korea would get to utilize.

North Korea is also said to have a lot of natural resources. It’s a country with many mountainous areas, and people speculate there could be a lot of rare metals buried there. But currently, North Korea lacks the technology to mine them, so no one really knows for sure.
If South Korea were to invest its technology and money into North Korea, and the North Korean people became the workforce, rare metals would be extracted in abundance, and the combined population would be around 80 million. For reference, France has around 60 million, so in terms of developed countries, it would be a relatively large population.

It could be advantageous to partner with a nuclear-armed country, so aligning with South Korea would be a good move. If, for example, the Philippines were to form a military alliance with South Korea, it would then benefit from South Korea’s nuclear umbrella, making China think twice before doing anything rash.
If Taiwan were to join forces with a nuclear-armed South Korea, they might be willing to pay 10 billion yen annually for a military alliance.
Countries with nuclear weapons can use their position to expand diplomatic relationships and also gain financial benefits. That’s why I think North Korea’s nuclear development was a pretty smart move.

During the Trump administration, Trump suggested that Japan could also build nuclear weapons, saying, “Why not just make nukes?” If Japan had taken that advice, it might have secured a better position globally.
