え、車両窃盗による犯罪の稼ぎが何億とかが非常に多いようですが、犯罪稼ぎによる大量脱税を政府が放置しているのが不思議に感じてます。政府が何かしら対応しているはずだと思うのですが、ひろゆきさんどう見てますか？
えっと、捕まえるコストが高いっていうところで、結局その、分かりやすいところで成績を上げた方がいいよねっていうことで、そのガチのプロの盗団とかは、割と日本って後回しなんすよね。
なので、例えばコンビニで3万円盗んだら警察はめちゃめちゃ動くんですけど、原付、まあ10万円ぐらいする原付で中古でも5万円ぐらいするやつを盗んだとしても、警察は操作しません。
なので、基本的には、操作しやすいものは操作して、頑張ってます感を出すんですけど、その車両だったりとか、人のものが盗まれたぐらいだと、たまたま捕まえた犯人がそれだったら調べるよ、ぐらいで、基本的に操作することはほぼないです。

なので、盗んで外に持ってっちゃいますみたいな、ガチ外国犯罪者集団系とかだと、割と利益率は高いんじゃないかと思いますけどね。

Well, the cost of catching these criminals is high, so in the end, it’s easier to raise their performance by going after more obvious cases. In Japan, actual professional theft rings tend to be pushed aside.
For example, if someone steals 30,000 yen from a convenience store, the police will spring into action, but even if someone steals a scooter worth about 100,000 yen, or around 50,000 yen if it’s used, the police won’t investigate.
So, essentially, they focus on cases that are easier to investigate to show they’re working hard, but when it comes to vehicles or personal belongings being stolen, it’s more like, “Well, if the culprit just happens to be caught, then we’ll check into it,” and there’s almost no active investigation.
