えっと、別に何にもない人が登録してもほぼ意味がなくて、エンジニアで「こういう資格を持っています」とか「この会社にいます」というふうに、仕事の経歴を載せて、その上で「この会社に行きたいです」とメッセージを送った時に、相手の人が「あ、この人はこういう経歴なんだ、こういう資格があるんだ、この会社にいるんだ」と分かるので、転職しやすいツールなんです。
なので、すでにそれなりのキャリアを積んでいたり、学歴や資格を持っている人にとっては、転職にすごく便利なツールです。
僕もリンクトインのアカウントはありますが、Googleで取った資格や、コーセラで取得した資格をたくさん書いています。そして、経歴も微妙なものですが、いろいろなものを書いています。なので、リンクトインだと転職がしやすいんじゃないかと思います。

Well, if you’re just an ordinary person with nothing to put on there, it almost doesn’t mean anything. But for engineers, for example, if they say, “I have this qualification” or “I work at this company,” and they list their work history, when they send a message like, “I want to work at your company,” the recipient can understand, “Oh, this person has this career, these qualifications, and works at this company.” So it makes it easier to job search.
So, if you’ve already built up some career, or if you have academic credentials or qualifications, LinkedIn is a really useful tool for job searching.
I also have a LinkedIn account, and I have listed a lot of qualifications I’ve obtained through Google and Coursera. My career is somewhat mediocre, but I’ve listed various things. So, I think LinkedIn makes job searching easier.
