(00:00) [音楽] タイマが合法化されたら利権争いが起きそうですが、いや、ほぼないっす。利権が発生する条件としては、何かが独占できるかどうかなんですよ。例えば、タバコの場合、タバコ農家を独占した人がタバコを作れることになるんですよね。
じゃあ、大麻はどうやって独占できるかっていうと、簡単に育てられるんですよね。要は、ベトナム人の人がアパートでLEDランプを使って育てたことがあるんですけど、大麻のアサの植物って異常に育ちやすくて、すごく丈夫なんですよ。なので、基本的には植えたら大体育ってくるんです。
北海道とかでも、未だに大麻が自生する地域があるんですけど、あれだけ減らしても勝手にどこかで生えてくるんですよ。なので、大麻が合法化されても、「俺たちがタイマ利権を取るんだ！」って言って、すごく高い値段で大麻を売ろうとする人がいたら、「じゃあ、俺も家で作るわ」って言って、家で作る人が現れるんです。基本的に、価格が上がらないんですよね。
アメリカでも、大麻は基本的に合法化されているんですけど、やっぱり価格が上がらないんですよ。あまりに高いと、家で作ろうとする人が出てきちゃうんですよね。
(01:03) [音楽] なので、アルコールとかだと蒸留施設が必要だったり、ある程度の設備が必要なんですけど、大麻は、水と土があればどこでも育っちゃうんですよ。めちゃくちゃ寒い北海道ですら育つんです。
そういう意味で、大麻には何の利権も生まれないんじゃないかと思います。

Even in the U.S., where marijuana is mostly legalized, the price doesn’t go up. If the price gets too high, people start growing it at home.
