(00:00) [音楽] えク高橋さんの賠償金よく話まとまりましたね別に何もまとまってないすよ。去年ぐらいからなんかそういう企画やりたいって言われたんよあの中さんに。で、いやいや無理じゃないすか、あ、それね、あのアまでやりたいって話だったんですよ。で、いやいや無理じゃないすかていうので、ひさん的にありすか。別に全然ありでいいですよっていう話言って。で、それがなぜか通ってしまってで、安でやるっていう話で動いてたんだけど、なんか色々こうの調整とか企画のなんかあのサイズの問題とかがあって、やっぱりなんかリハクにしますみたいなことになったんですけど、なので別にあのまとまるもなも前から別に。
あの、なんか皆さんご存知ないかもしれないですけど、あの僕Twitterでその賠償金持ってる方連絡してくださいって1回書いてるんすよね。でね、全然ね、あの返答来ないんですよ。なのでなんか払ってほしい人って実はまいないんじゃないかなっていうのがあって。で、僕の予想だと多分。
(01:04) 34人ぐらいが来るかなっていうぐらいなのでなだ、別に大した額じゃないんですよね。あの、じゃあ、えっと、雪が払うべき、その判決の金額はいくらだと思いますか。はい、どうぞ。あ、これちょっと僕が払います。はい、では、あの判決分なんか、あのその、こなんか何払えみたいな判決のなんか総額はいくらだと思いますか。総額ね、あの1件じゃないよ。全部合わせて今まで僕がそのなんかいろんな裁判所で訴えられてでそこのあの判決の出た金額がいくらぐらいなのか。これね、結構ね、あの正解は近いのはこれぐらいじゃないかま言ったことあるんですけど、あのね、割とね皆さんねあの間違った通常いいんですよ。
多分ね僕の予想はねこの2000万から3000万なんですよね。あの、その番組に行た時に面白話を持った。
(02:11) んすよ、僕面白いから。なので判決分というのは2000万から3000万ぐ多分あります。ま基本的にはね1件が体100万円とかでで、高くて3400万。3400にことあんまないかな。大体100万円台とか200万円とかでで、それがじゃあこう何件かいう多分ね、10件20件30件とか多分そういう感じじゃないかなと思うですよね。
で、じゃあそのただそれが一切払わない状態でで、あのほっとくと間接強制というのが発生してで、それが1日5万円という間接強制っていうのがあるんですけど。それが仮に10年間払ってないと1日5万円がま1年間で355円で1500万でそれが10年だから1億で。それがが30件ぐらいだったら30億円だよねっていう、あの面白がって持った金額があるんですよ。
で、その30億っていう持った金額があのなぜかこう世の中出回っていて、あの結構みんなそれを言ってて、であの。
(03:15) たまにね、弁護士の人も言うんですよ。あの、弁護士の人ってまこういう判決だったら大体その損害場所いくらだよねって相場を知っていて、なのでその30億の判決なんか出るわけないよねっていうは知ってるはずなんですけど。なぜか雪に関しては3億だっていう風に言ってる人とかいて、なのであの別にこうそんな大した額じゃないよね。

Around last year, Nakasan said they wanted to do this kind of project, and I was like, “No, that’s impossible.” But they still wanted to go ahead with it, and I was like, “No, no, that’s not possible.” Then someone asked if it was okay from my side, and I said, “Yeah, it’s totally fine.” Somehow, it got approved, and things started moving, but there were all kinds of adjustments and issues with the project’s size, and it ended up getting reduced. So from the start, nothing was really finalized.
Most of you may not know this, but once on Twitter, I posted, “If you hold compensation against me, please contact me.” But I never received any responses. So I started thinking that maybe nobody really wanted me to pay them. My prediction is that about…
(01:04) 34 people or so might come forward, so it’s really not that much money. Now, how much do you think I’m supposed to pay according to the court rulings? Go ahead. Ah, I’ll pay this myself. So, how much do you think the total amount of judgments I’m supposed to pay is? It’s not just one case, by the way. The total amount from all the cases I’ve been sued in courts is… Well, I’ve said it before, and many people get it wrong, but…
I think it’s around 20 to 30 million yen. It’s quite funny, though, when I talk about this on shows.
(02:11) It’s amusing to me. So, the total judgments are probably around 20 to 30 million yen. In most cases, it’s around 1 million yen per case, sometimes going up to 3 or 4 million yen, but not often that high. Usually, it’s around 1 to 2 million yen per case, and there are probably 10, 20, or 30 cases.
Now, when none of it gets paid, indirect compulsion kicks in. There’s this system where you get fined 50,000 yen per day. If you don’t pay for 10 years, that adds up to 18 million yen a year, and after 10 years, it’s 100 million yen. If there were 30 such cases, it could reach 3 billion yen. This number came up as a joke, but for some reason, people started saying it seriously.
(03:15) Sometimes even lawyers say it. Lawyers should know that judgments like this typically don’t reach such sums, yet people still claim I owe 3 billion yen, when in reality, it’s not that much.
